First Anniversary!

So time flies, and 1 OR 8 is one year old on Wednesday February 9th.

We are celebrating this first anniversary with a special menu available this whole week (Tuesday 2/08 through Sunday 2/13) - It is a celebration, so we are going a little nuts!

* Amuse Bouche -
Oyster with mango ponzu caviar

* 1st course -
Sweet shrimps served with crab meat cooked in sake, ikura on top
Kampachi served with yuzu joice and scallion oil, caviar on top
Scallop seared in soy sauce butter, steamed sea urchin on top

* 2nd course -
Grilled quail served with frisee salad and sansho vinaigrette sauce

* 3rd course -
3 pieces of sushi nigiri, chef's choice (Ex.Chutoro, Kan Buri, Kinme Dai)

* 4th course -
Braised beef short rib served with mashed potato and roasted onion
