Roughscale Flounder / Samegawa (Shark Skin) Karei from Hokkaido
Instead of scale, this fish has a rough skin with bumps like a godzilla. Under this ugly skin, there is a lot of fat (something unique for a member of the flounder family) and most importantly, a very tasty meat.
